How will my kit be packaged?

Chilled kits are shipped in fully insulated sturdy boxes with ice packs to ensure minimum temperature fluctuations when in transit.


All care has gone into labeling the boxes so that the couriers keep the boxes upright and take care in delivering your package to you.

Are you a green company?

We aim to be as environmentally friendly as we possibly can. We will always choose first the materials that are recyclable, biodegradable and fair trade, supporting our ethos at Romulo Café & Restaurant.


Our sturdier plastic containers are partially made from recycled material and for most part reusable. These are widely recyclable in most boroughs in the UK.


What data do you store of mine?

We have chosen to store the minimum amount of information we can about our customers, deliberately to reduce the risk for them. We offer the option to checkout as a guest for your convenience.


What do I do if I have an allergy or intolerance?

We are very conscious about the health of our customers including their allergies and intolerances. We have included any relevant allergen information under the description of each of our items on the menu.


What payment methods can I use?

We accept all major credit and debit cards.


Do you offer gift cards and subscriptions?

We are currently working on providing gift card and subscription options. Please sign up below to be notified about gift cards and subscriptions as soon as they become available.
